InstallerShow 2024 in Birmingham

At the end of June, Naked Energy colleagues attended the InstallerShow at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham. 

This 3 day show is the key event for the heating and hot water industries in the UK.  While the focus is on installers, the whole industry is represented and this makes for an interesting mix. 

On one hand you’ve got multinational manufacturers and utility companies launching their new domestic heat pump collaborations and on the other are more trade focused businesses trying to lure installers to their stands with competitions, celebrity guests, free ice creams and indeed free beer.   

For Naked Energy we had product on display with Rinnai UK (Rinnai manufacture gas heating appliances and also sell hybrid systems with VirtuHOT), and in the Solar Innovations zone where our installation manager Steve Webster and Zanil Narsing ran daily assembly and installation demonstrations with VirtuPVT.

Steve and Jonny also gave presentations on the role of Virtu to provide zero carbon, zero cost heat. These activities were well received by the event attendees and we achieved our objectives of growing market awareness of Naked Energy and securing leads for new business.
